Fixed or detachable?
If you tow every week, a fixed swan-neck or flange bar is the cheapest and simplest choice. If you only use it for a holiday bike rack, a detachable bar is usually worth the extra: the neck comes off and the car looks standard, and it keeps parking sensors and boot access clear. A fixed ball that hides part of the rear number plate can also get you a fine, because the plate must stay readable. Tell us how often you will use it and we will recommend the one that suits.
