Common questions
Can you rewire my classic car?
Yes. We repair damaged sections of loom or carry out a full rewire, depending on what the car needs. We look at the existing wiring first and tell you honestly whether a repair will do or a rewire makes more sense.
Should I convert to electronic ignition?
It depends on the car and how you use it. Electronic ignition removes the need to keep adjusting and replacing points, but some owners prefer to keep the original setup. We explain the options and you decide.
Can you keep it looking original?
Where you want us to, yes. Tell us before we start and we will talk through what can be done without changing how the car looks, and which upgrades would be visible.
How much does a classic rewire cost?
It depends on the car and the condition of the loom. We give you a clear quote before any work starts, so call 07758 833 127 and tell us about the car.
