Clears the yellow, cloudy haze off oxidised plastic headlights and brings back the light output. Sun and road grit slowly frost the lens, and once it goes milky your dipped beam scatters instead of putting light down the road.

Why it matters for your MOT

Headlight condition is an MOT item. A lens that has gone badly yellowed or crazed can pick up an advisory, and if it cuts light output or ruins the beam pattern it can be a straight fail. Restoring the lens is far cheaper than a new headlight unit.

How to use it

1. Mask around the headlight with tape to protect the paint
2. Wet sand the lens, working up through the grits — 400, then 1000, then 2000 — never skip straight to the fine grit
3. Rinse and dry the lens completely
4. Wipe the restoration liquid on evenly and leave it to cure without touching it
